Building Community

Following is a summation of our regular services, gatherings and community building events.

Itadogun

HATTAF International follows the ancient practice of the 5th day, Ose and 17th day Itadogun, libation, kolanut breaking, divination and ritual ceremonies. The 17th day libation ceremony and ritual brings together each of the HATTAF branches for a shared international spiritual experience.

Moreover, the Itadogun sermons, lessons and teachings are based on a divination and not the coordinating priest's inclination.

HATTAF International invites omos of all of the Orisas and non-practitioners interested in personal spiritual development to attend our Itadoguns.

New Years Eve Ritual

A collective prayer session involving members of HATTAF temples all over the world, takes place on December 31st of every year to herald the New Year.

Annual Crab Feed

The Crab Feed is HATTAF's fund raiser to fulfill it's non-profit mission. The 'all you can eat' Crab Feed is an exciting event involving HATTAF members and the community.
