Hi Sacramento Hostel has affordable space available in 10-bed and 8-bed dorm rooms, 2x double rooms, 5x private double rooms and 2x VIP rooms for up to 10 people.
The double double room has two double beds. The Double room, one double bed and the VIP rooms have one king size bed.

The hostel is in downtown Sacramento, 4 blocks from the State Capitol and 5 blocks from the Amtrak Station. From San Francisco, Reno, or Tahoe by car, it’s easily accessible via Highway I-80 to Highway I-5.

The rate for a dorm bed is $34 +12% tax (total $38.08) per dorm bed/per night.
The rate for a private double double and private VIP rooms is $110+12% tax (total $123.20)/per night
The rate for a private double room is $90+12% tax (total $100.80)/per night.

Hostel Customs and Traditions:
The hostel is open 24 hours a day. Check in is after 3:30pm. Check out is before 10:30 am. There is no curfew or lockouts. Your group must check in with reception before 9pm on the day of arrival. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7:30am. Parking is limited at the hostel, and not guaranteed, as we work in on a first come first serve basis.

How to get to Hi Sacramento Hostel
Airport
BUS: Take a Yolo bus from the airport to 8th and J streets (from US$2.00). SHUTTLE: Take a shuttle van to the hostel (from US$15). CAR: By car, take Interstate 5 South to the J Street exit, and follow J Street to 10th Street. Turn left on 10th Street. The hostel is 2 blocks north, at 10th and H streets. Please call ahead to the hostel for parking instructions.
Train
Get off Amtrak at the Sacramento station (SAC), located at I Street and 5th Street. Walk 5 blocks east on I street, then turn left on 10th Street and walk 1 block. The hostel is on your left-hand side, at H and 10th.
Bus
The Greyhound station is located at L Street and 7th Street. Walk 3 blocks east to 10th Street, then walk 4 blocks north to H Street. The hostel is on your left-hand side, at H and 10th.
The Megabus makes several daily trips between San Francisco and Sacramento, and once a day from Reno, Nevada. The dropoff and pickup location in Sacramento is located on 6740 Q Street, a short walk from the University/65th Light Rail Station. To get to the hostel, take the Gold Line to the Sacramento Valley Station or the 8th and H Street Station. Walk east along H Street for four blocks or two blocks respectively. The hostel is on the left-hand side, at H Street and 10th street.
Parking
Limited parking is available on-site for $6 per night. Call ahead for parking instructions. If you don’t reserve a parking spot, there are 2-hour parking meters on the street near the hostel, in addition to a 5-minute loading zone in front.
